How to make same login screens for knowledge base and customer portal?

Hello,

Why tickets view page and knowledgbe base has different login pages? How I should edit? I want to make them similar. For example to give access users to register not only in tickets view login page but also in knowledge base login page.

Hey @Matas, thank you for posting in our Community!

For both the knowledge base and customer portal, go to the "Customization" section. Use HubSpot’s drag-and-drop editor to modify the login pages. Ensure both pages have a similar layout, and design, and include a registration option if needed.

Add custom CSS to match the design elements (fonts, colors, buttons) of both login pages. You can add custom CSS in the "Customization" section for each page.

Thank you for your answer but I couldn't get it completely. I'm using default theme. Also I know that I cannot edit default templates:

So basically I should clone original template, edit it and then use it here?

If yes, can I get more info how to create clones and use them over default templates?
