Hi @JMartin06, I'll do my best to answer your questions or point you in the right direction.

1 - currently users for membership content need to be on a list in HubSpot, with Content Hub and the new member access manager I'm not sure if that will also change how it works for Service Hub.

I'm also not certain if this can be achieved with webhooks or the API if the contact isn't already in your CRM - @Jaycee_Lewis maybe you can clarify or tag in others who might be able to help?

2 - Yes, you can automate adding users to the list via workflows, including with webhooks, again this would require that the contact be added in the CRM

Hi there, we are loooking at locking down certain artivles in our KB. Everything we can see is that to action this we will need to have our end users login / register to HS, which we do not want to do. We would like a seperate link inside our SaaS product that gives our users access to certain KB articles and not the general public.

Has anyone had any experience in doing this? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Jeremy

Hi @JMartin06 private knowledge base articles require Service Hub Pro or Enterprise and while they require members to login to access the articles, they don't require them to register for HubSpot only as a member of your site.

Here's how to configure private knowledge base content.

Hi Jnix,

A couple of questions:

- Do the Users of our product need to be on a hubspot list or there is a way around this with webhooks / API integration?

- Can we somehow auto add our User from our product to the list = to eliminate the manual process?

Thank you
