How can we customize the chatbot to include view on most searche Knowledge base articles ?

I am looking at customization of the chatbot widget to include knowledge base articles and relevant links, such as our tutorial videos, before giving the option to our users to get to the chatbot. Similar to what Hubspot Support has.

Is there a way to customize the chatbot widget for that?

I wanted to confirm if you are looking to see if it's possible to knowledge base articles and relevant links, in addition to videos to a chatbot prior to handing the chat to your live chat agents.

If you're a Service Hub Professional or Enterprise user, you can add a knowledge base article search function to your chatbot. You can also add a video directly to your bot actions, such as the "Ask a Simple Question" action with a Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional subscription.

Could you please review the knowledge base articles and let us know if this is what you're looking for? If you have any screenshots of what you'd like to see in your chatbot, those would be helpful to include in the thread as well. 🙂 Thank you!

Hi Kristen,

Thanks for your suggestions. After reviewing the articles, I can confirm
that this isn't what I am looking for.

I am looking at creating a similar widget as Hubspot's. See screenshot
below.
