Problem with cookie consent banners

While attempting to add a cookie consent banner to my website, I navigated to the privacy and consent section. From there, I accessed the cookies tab and proceeded to add an external domain. However, I encountered an error message when I clicked on the "Add External Domain" button.

The message was "We couldn't add dublingasworks.com because it has already been added to this portal or has been added by another portal"

I had an old Hubspot account and it got deleted and I already added this domain to that account. Now, How can I add this domain to my current account?

Hey @NFlannery nice to see a fellow Irish person here (hello from Dublin 8).
Deleting your old account should have cleared the domain. Just FYI you'll need to install the HubSpot tracking code on your site in order to display the cookie banner, it looks like the tracking script isn't currently present on your site.
@MiaSrebrnjak would you be able to check in Hubfinder to see if the above domain is associated with any other portals please?

Hi @NFlannery, I've checked our internal database and found two active HubSpot accounts that are registered with this domain.

I'm thinking that you've probably just deleted your user account and not the entire HubSpot account.

Could you send me the account ID (HubID) of the account you're currently using in a direct message via my Community profile?

I appreciate your assistance. I have installed the HubSpot plugin on my WordPress website for tracking purposes, so I'm not using a tracking code directly. I'll make sure to check if everything is properly set up with the plugin. Thanks again for your help!
