Turning off the chatbot

I have installed the Hubspot plugin on my WordPress site.

It seems that just by installing the plugin, it turned on the chatbot on some iterations of the site--on mobile Safari for instance.

I'd like to turn this off for the moment. How do I do that?

If I do turn it back on, I want to customize it first. How do I do that?

Hi @JPartland,

You can disable chatflows under Menu > Conversations > Chatflows by flicking the status switch.

Thanks for responding.

Are you referring to the menu bar across the top of the page? The one where I see "contacts conversations marketing sales service automation reports" and each one has a pull down menu?

When I go there and use the pull down menu to access chatflows, I see

"Create your first chatflow"

That seems to indcate to me that I haven't even turned it on yet.
Or is it another menu placement?

Correct – are you sure you're accessing the same portal as the one that's connected to your WordPress?
