Adding recipients to customer feedback surveys

Hi,

Can you consider adding import or deal stages in a pipeline as an alternative for recipients of surveys? Example: import of email addresses in Excel, or contact moved to customer deal stage in the sales pipeline.

As of now, you can only choose between properties to add recipients.

An import function or selecting stages in a pipeline for adding recipients would be great!

Hi there,

Thanks for your input here! Wanted to let you know that you can now trigger a survey based on deal, ticket, or company properties (including stages in a pipeline!).

Hi Team,

Currently, we can't use list membership as a filter when selecting recipients for a customer feedback email survey. So users will have to "rebuild" the conditions. Could we have the filters in customer feedback tool mirror that of the filters in the list tool and the workflow tool? Thanks
