&lt;P&gt;There usually aren't any ways to trick HubSpot and make features accessible that require a higher subscription. That's also the case with customer satisfaction surveys. If you want the feature, you'd have to upgrade to Professional.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Yes, you would have to integrate a third-party solution.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Customer satisfaction feedback PRO needed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to conduct a simple customer satisfaction survey.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I notice that Hubspot has one but it's only available for the PRO user, this is way overkill over me. I would like to upgrade to "starter" but not to pro. Is there another way to use Hubspots survey tool or is the only solution to use a third party tool like SurveyMonkey and use the Hubspot integration?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
