Creating a Feedback Submissions Report based on Subscription Packs

Hello Dear HubSpot Community,

Hope you're all doing well.

I have a question about the Reports section.

Is it possible to create a report in which we can filter the feedback submissions based on subscription packages?

I was wondering If we could combine these two information together.
