How to achieve this on hubspot live chat? like adding a form field?
On chatflows i can't see any option to add and style a field

@ablayze_jb this option is not a form field, it is a setting in the live chat here:

Additionally, in chatflows (chatbots) you can add an email capture under "ask a question"

But is there any other way to a custom field like adding name, contact number?

The main idea is to add pre-chat form before the user can chat.

@ablayze_jb Name is one of the default options, you can see it in my screenshot above Email.

At the bottom is "Collect other Property" which allows you to add things, like contact number, and then you can choose whether to associate to a contact property or not.
