We've gathered NPS feedback from several different surveys like in-app, email, and for our different product sites. It seems like I can only view the results for each survey individually. I'd like to be able to merge all the scores from each survey to create an overall NPS score.

I can probably export and build this in Excel, but I'd prefer to see it in Hubspot. Has anyone been able to figure out how to do this?

Hi @SSuhrheinrich,

With a Professional subscription, you could create a custom report on feedback submissions. However, this would not show you the actual NPS score and the breakdown into promoters, passives, detractors. Still, this would be the closest you could get to an overview across NPS scores.

Let me know if this would be an option and if I should detail the steps to create such a report.

Best regards!
