Customer feedback survey

Hey guys!

I would like to ask for help with establishing an automation process for contact with customers in case of discrepancies in feedback surveys with Slack.

How can I set up an integration between HubSpot and Slack, when the customer places a new submission with a bad rating, I want to get a custom set message on my slack channel with the link to the client ticket.

Is that possible? 🙂

You can set up an integration between HubSpot and Slack to automate the process you're looking for. Here's a knowledge base with more information.

In your HubSpot account, go to the 'Integrations' or 'App Marketplace.'
Please search for the Slack integration and install it.
Follow the prompts to connect your HubSpot account with your Slack workspace.

You can create a workflow triggered by a new submission with a bad rating in HubSpot.

Hey there @MŚnieżek and welcome to the community!

Here's a Feedback submission based workflow I created with the trigger "Feedback sentiment" is a specific level, and with Slack connected, I'm sending the message to a specific user (myself) and also to a channel (my team's channel).

Hi @MŚnieżek - that's the Workflows tool in HubSpot. Just create a Feeback-based workflow, and you should see the trigger shown in the example.
