&lt;P&gt;Here's a Feedback submission based workflow I created with the trigger "Feedback sentiment" is a specific level, and with Slack connected, I'm sending the message to a specific user (myself) and also to a channel (my team's channel).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
