    <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel your pain- just upgraded to Service Pro and suprised that I can't schedule a meeting (or click a button to send an instant meeting link) from Help Desk.&lt;BR /&gt;However- keep in mind that the same record you are working with in Help Deks appears in "Tickets" under CRM top level menu and from "Tickets" you do have the Meetings tab that you can use with whatever online meeting tool you have setup&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are on Enterprise Service Hub and work out out Help desk. Our CS reps have to schedule Zoom meetings with customers from time to time and we try to avoid our reps using their personal emails, as customers will inevitably email them directly or reply to the meeting invite which routes to their personal email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to create the meeting within Hubspot but ATTACH the invite + Zoom details to the reply in Help Desk, rather than generating a new emailed meeting invite? This would allow all communication to continue to be consoldiated within the email thread and avoid various email chains about the topic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We preivously used Zendesk and had this functionality which worked great, so we're trying to replicate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Oftentimes customers will reply to the meeting invite to ask a question or make adjustments and then that's in our personal email that we don't see timely&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In Zendesk, we could create the meeting and then push it out as an attachment right within the actual ticket. which worked quite well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
