Hi guys! 👋

I added the Service Hub recently to my HubSpot account, previously was using Sales & Marketing Hubs. I want to build the chatflow and deploy it on my website. I want to double check that I can create only one chatflow and the language can change based on the user's locale on the webiste; English and Arabic.

Can this be done? Or should I create two chats for each language?

Thanks,

Welcome to the Community, @AAbu-Farha!

I'm tagging in @franksteiner79, @HubSpot_Corey, and @beeginman, as they are experts in this area and may have some solid suggestions for you moving forward.

In the meantime, I'll share that the best experience for both English and Arabic users typically is creating two separate chatflows. This way, you can ensure the right chat appears on the right page.

It is highly recommended to target based on Website URL rather than attempting to target based on the visitor's browser language settings.
URL targeting is more reliable and ensures the chat language matches the content the user is currently viewing on your page.

I hope this helps you get started!

Hi @AAbu-Farha

HubSpot currently does not support multilingual chatflows within a single chatflow.

Each chatflow can only have one fixed language, and HubSpot doesn’t automatically switch languages based on the visitor’s locale.
So if you need both English and Arabic, the correct setup is:

Create two separate chatflows

Chatflow 1 → English

Chatflow 2 → Arabic

Then configure targeting rules so the right chatflow appears automatically based on the visitor’s:

Browser language

Specific website URLs (e.g., /ar/ for Arabic), or

Country/region if applicable

<LI-WRAPPER>This is the standard and supported method in HubSpot.</LI-WRAPPER>
