Hi @EHarvey9,

Based on how HubSpot reporting works, this is not possible. HubSpot's reports will (almost) always look at the status quo and not a certain point in time. One exception would be the historical snapshots reports for deals which is very similar to what you're requesting for tickets.

Other users have requested this before:

https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Ticket-Pipeline-Historical-snapshot-volume-by-status-report/idi-p/992156

https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Enable-view-of-historic-count-of-contacts-deals-tickets/idi-p/1125001

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand. I'd recommend commenting and upvoting.

You can also help other HubSpot users find these requests more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I'd appreciate it, too.

At the moment, you would have to export ticket information (including the ticket stage properties) and create this report outside of HubSpot.

Have a great day!

I am trying to create a backlog report that shows a count of tickets that remained open at the end of each week going back January of 2024. My current attempts are only showing me a count of tickets that are still open today from tickets that were created in each week. So most of the early weeks have no value.
