    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are trying to import contacts into HubSpot, but when we click the import link, we are getting an error page:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;“That page is nowhere to be found.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We already tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clearing browser cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using incognito mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logging out and logging in again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying from another PC and another internet connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the issue remains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which import link exactly are you referring to? Can you share a screenshot?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you confirm that there is no restriction on your account (suspension or otherwise)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has a super admin tried to import contacts to rule out permission issues?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you on a paid subscription?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Dear Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are using the standard contact import link inside HubSpot. When we&lt;BR /&gt;click *Contacts → Import → Start an import*, it redirects to the following&lt;BR /&gt;URL and shows the error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are *no restrictions or suspensions* on our account. We have been&lt;BR /&gt;able to use the import feature earlier without any issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, a *super admin* has tried importing contacts as well, but the same&lt;BR /&gt;error appears.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are on a *free HubSpot plan*. Import was working earlier, and we have&lt;BR /&gt;already imported contacts previously. The issue started only recently.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Vanitha V&lt;/P&gt;</description>

While I understand it's an inconvenience and potentially blocker, typically these issues resolve over the course of 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a free user, without access to HubSpot support (this here is a community of volunteers who do not work for HubSpot), this can't be escalated unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "that page is nowhere to be found" error on the HubSpot import page usually points to one of these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Permission issue&lt;/STRONG&gt; — import access is controlled separately in HubSpot. Go to Settings &amp;gt; Users &amp;amp; Teams &amp;gt; the relevant user &amp;gt; Permissions, and check that "Import" is enabled under the CRM section. This is the most common cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Wrong URL&lt;/STRONG&gt; — if someone bookmarked an old import link or is clicking from an old email notification, it may point to a broken path. Navigate directly: Contacts &amp;gt; top right corner &amp;gt; Import, rather than using a direct URL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3. Portal mismatch&lt;/STRONG&gt; — if the user is logged into multiple HubSpot accounts/portals, the link might be routing to the wrong portal ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you resolve the access issue: if you find HubSpot's native import flow frustrating for regular imports, there's a tool called Emport (emport.io) that handles field mapping automatically and catches duplicates before they land. Might save time on future imports.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
