Hubspot Form not working on Wordpress

Hi there - I have created a form on Hubspot and have added it to Wordpress - however although it's there on the page, it's like it is an image as you can't add any info on it - has someone come through something similar?

All previous forms have worked.

I have cleared the cache.

This usually happens when the embed code wasn’t added correctly or the HubSpot tracking code is missing.

I see you are running into a similar issue. While we wait to see if @CTawns can share the specific step that worked for their site, I would highly recommend running through the troubleshooting steps shared by @ArisudanTiwari above.

In many cases, this behavior on WordPress is caused by the embed code being stripped by a page builder or a conflict with a caching/optimization plugin. Checking those two areas first is usually the best path forward.

Hi - I had already run thru the troubleshooting steps. I validated the tracking code, tried 3 different methods of adding the form, and disabled the plug-ins on the site. Still not getting the form to work properly. Here's the page: https://highergear.co/contact-us-new/

I'm able to click into your form as expected - can you verify if this is the form you're referencing?

Since I'm not able to replicate, I might recommend trying this out on other browsers or networks before reaching out directly to HubSpot Support with a short recording and HAR file of the issue, so that we can further investigate if needed. Thanks!

Interesting. i hadn't tried on mobile but it's working there for me too. Not on desktop (macos) on Chrome or FF - regular or incognito. Now I'm even more confused.

So it works for me in mobile also. I hadn't tested it there. I was testing on desktop (macos) with Chrome and FF incognito. Couldn't (and still can't) click into a field on the form. But I just realized that I can tab into the form. Very strange. I also tried embedding the form on another page - same behavior there.

So, mobile works as expected.

Desktop browsers are blocking users from clicking onto the form.

Users can tab into the form (but wouldn't think to try that IMO).

Not just on this page.

At this point I'm wondering if there's a conflict with something in the theme. That's the only thing I haven't tried. Grrrr.

Can you share a screenshot of how the form is added to the page? It looks like it's iframed in, which is not what the embed code does these days. Feel free to email me directly as well.

This appears to be an issue with one of the plug-ins on the site. I thought I had checked them all last night but apparently not. I deactivated them all and the form worked as expected. So now I'm working on resolving the conflict with 1 of the plug-ins.
