topic AI Customer Agent - make content specific to user type in Tickets & Conversations

We have 2 main user types: teachers & parents. Our knowledge base is separated into a section for each type of user. Sometimes when you ask the AI agent a question, it pulls the information that would be correct for one user type but not the other.

Is there a way that the agent could ask if they are a teacher or parent to begin with, then make sure it uses the right content? Or is there any other advice on how we can do this.

Hi @PPuri8,

I don't think that it's possible at this time, but there is an idea already on the Ideas Forum that is specifically geared around this. I would recommend upvoting it as there's already decent engagement on it.
