    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I go there, it's essentially saying since I am on a free plan, my only options for support are the knowledge base and community.&amp;nbsp; There's not a way for me to 'ask' Hubspot to complete this (as they have to be the ones to do it) except through this forum, as far as I can tell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp; Had a old hubspot account linked to a domain, andit expired in Feb. Trying to get things moving along again, and I can't connect the domain as it says someone else has already done so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen the support message where it says to contact support with details to have Hubspot release the domain on the backend, but it appears creating a post is the only way to do so? Should I enter the information here, or is there a less public way to communicate with hubspot to have this resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account#:~:text=Free%20accounts%20will,your%20account%20active." target="_blank"&gt;Free accounts will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity&lt;/A&gt;, which includes not logging in or using the HubSpot Sales extension. Following deactivation, you have 90 days to reactivate the account before it is permanently purged and cannot be recovered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example, if your account was deactivated in February 2025, you would still have the option to reactivate it within the 90-day window. Once reactivated, you can disconnect the domain. This will "free up" the domain, allowing you to connect it to your current account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
