Deal Board Deals disappearing

The deal board shows deals for about 10 seconds and then the deals disappear and I can only see the totals. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to stop the deal from disappearing?

Hi @HAlbert,

That sounds like a browser-related issue. Have you done the following?

Disable browser extensions
Clear cache/cookies
Use supported browser: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot
Test another browser

@HAlbert you have tried all of the above twice? Have you also checked on another device?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly when this happens?
