      <title>Not able to find Support template in Forms</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the&amp;nbsp;Starter Customer Platform package which also includes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Service Hub Starter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The problem that I have I need to create a form that creates tickets but I am not able to find the Support template.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;And if i try to create a basic form and add the fields myself, it does not allow me to add Ticket property with the following tooltip:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="MBahri6_1-1733358785396.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/133165i40FAC0A148224E5D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="MBahri6_1-1733358785396.png" alt="MBahri6_1-1733358785396.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="MBahri6_0-1733358711585.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/133164i77E3BC31FC417FB0/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="MBahri6_0-1733358711585.png" alt="MBahri6_0-1733358711585.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate if anyone could help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do you see when you click "&amp;gt; Ticket Properties (7)" to expand the section? I get a note to "Turn on automatic ticket creation to use ticket properties" which then forces me to connect the form to an inbox or Help Desk first.&lt;/P&gt;
