My account got deactivated and I need my certificates for applying in several scholarship pls help

Hi @MFarouk9,

If your account was deactivated, you would first have to submit the form at the end of this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

This might take a few days, especially since the weekend is about to start. Depending on how quickly you need your certifications, it might be faster to redo them on a new HubSpot account.

I need them urgently I can't take them again meanwhile more than 50 videos I don't wanna feel my time got wasted for not reason

@MFarouk9 if there was a faster way, I would've suggested it. If you haven't done so yet, I recommend you submit the form at the end of this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

As a free user, that's the fastest way and highest chance of getting your account and certificates back.
