      <title>Internal Service Team Chat for Tickets</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am wondering if there is an app for adding a chat box to tickets, for the internal team (not customer interface, although maybe) working on a service request. We can use Notes to communicate, but a more realtime chat environment that gets saved with the ticket would be amazing. Does anyone know of any solutions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
