Search box unable to display results in HubSpot-HelpDesk

I am unable to search for tickets in HelpDesk. It keeps loading.

We need a solution as this is a basic need for a ticketing tool.

Is the same issue occuring when using another browser? Have you tried clearing cache/cookies and deactivating all browser extensions?

Hi Karsten,

Yes, the same issue is occurring with another browser as well. The tested web browsers are Firefox and Google Chrome. The other aspects were also done, but the results were still the same.

Kindly confirm the next plan of action.

I was experiencing some unexpected behavior in the Help Desk yesterday, but it seems to be better today. Are you still having the same issues today?

@RSchweighart I work with Nikhil. We were still experiencing some issues early this morning UTC-5, but it appears the Help Desk search is working now. I will check with the remainder of our team tomorrow when they're in.

Update for the community: Nikhil and I are no longer experiencing this issue. It appears to have been an partial outage that just conincided with our Help Desk go-live, so the worry that the search feature is underperforming or broken is no longer a concern.
