    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Zoho email set up - I have enabled Zoho as an integration in HubSpot - I have checked my IMAP settings and username and password - all are correct but I cannot gain access to HubSpot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried deleting and restarting the email - still the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IMAP settings are right. Can't figure out what's going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've cleared the cache. After 3 hours and 3 convos with the sales team, I am here for help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/806474"&gt;@CarlosF1&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure but I hope this helps, follow the steps -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Make sure you have Super Admin or App Marketplace permissions in HubSpot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Confirm the IMAP server and port settings are correct (ports 993 or 143). Important - IMAP server supports required encryption (TLS/SSL).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Verify that the SSL certificate’s Common Name (CN) includes the fully qualified domain name of the server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Delete the existing Zoho integration in HubSpot and re-add and reauthenticate the Zoho email integration. I know, this is a lot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Clear the cache of your web browser and try again. You have already done this but adding it just in case.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Also see that there are no account restrictions or issues from Zoho’s side.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, contact HubSpot support for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps, if you need some help, &lt;A href="https://calendly.com/khushboo-pokhriyal/30min?month=2024-08" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;let's talk!&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;to solve this ...with much headache, I will say is that I switched to Google Workspace and it works like a breeze.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
