getting below error for my domain:

This domain was added by another HubSpot customer

Seems it's still connected with my old account which I have deleted, Can you please delete all old reference for my domain bitsbender.com, so that I can connect it with my new account.

I was investigating that domain and only found it in one account. The account is associated with your GMAIL email address and it appears that the domain has been connected correctly since January 11th, 2024. Please let me know if this has already been resolved or if you have another account where you would like it removed, so that I can review it. You can send me the HUB ID through a direct message.

I am getting an error for my domain www.thecandyland.net: This domain was added by another HubSpot customer. Seems it's still connected with my old website that I created through Hubspot that was giving me issues so I deleted it. Purchased a new domain and created the new site www.candylandfundraiser.com Can someone help me get the domain back on my account. I would like to have it as the landing page and redirect customers to the new domain.

Hi @severija, @TheCandyland, @JSWX,

This issue was previously resolved in another thread, which you can find here :

“The Domain was added by another HubSpot customer” Error

If the account was deactivated due to inactivity, but not fully deleted, that could explain why our system still detects the domain as connected. You should be able to recover the old account by following the steps outlined here.
