      <title>Service Hub / Help Desk Reporting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm desperate for help to create a custom report that will show me how much time I'm spending (by company) on service tickets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I "think" the way to break it down would be:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By Customer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By Ticket (total time to close) and if that could break down even further to show me total time by status that would be perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure how to set a period of time on this time of report.&amp;nbsp; For example - if I wanted to run the report for the month of May ... to capture time spent in May .... but maybe the ticket was created in April and maybe still open at the end of May?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try using the Custom Report Builder option to connect multiple data sources. GIF below shows how to do so. Please let me know if you have any issues building your report after incorporating company information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
