Creating ticket in full screen view, from any screen

We can only create a ticket and have it automatically open into full screen view in CRM > Tickets.

Is there a keyboard shortcut available to create a ticket from this screen? We have high volume users who want to be able to create a ticket, and have it open immediately in full view at any time, regardless of if they are looking at Companies, Contacts etc.

Unfortunately those types of shortcuts are not there in hubpsot.

But for creating too many tickets very fast you can use import feature so in this what you can do is create a excel sheet with columns having names of ticket properties and here you can ask users to add entries in this sheet and at last you can import this sheet so it will create all ticket in once.

I hope this will helps. And yes this can be good feature and might be hubspot team think to develop these kind of shortcuts for these cases.

Hey there @DNeal32 and welcome to the Community!

When you say reps want to create and view a ticket wherever they are, could you be talking about a screen like the Contact record? On the right panel, you can customize where the associated object are, and create a ticket right there. Here's a screenshot:

When you create a Ticket there, it does open full screen in the Ticket record. It's not a keyboard shortcut, but no matter which Object Record they're in, they could create it with one click.

That's fantastic - really glad to know that, as we manage a lot of upgrades and they are all the same.

Is there a user guide for that somewhere please?
