I'm trying to create a report that will show the number of tickets closed per user each day for a certain time period (say, two weeks).

I can do something manually in a spreadsheet program with days on the X, n tickets closed on the Y and multiple lines for the users. It would be great to replicate that in Hubspot!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Happy to help!

Navigate to Reporting & Data > Reports > Create report > Single object > Tickets

Under Filters in the top right corner, change "Create date" to "Close date" and specify your date range

Click Hide Filters > Add Ticket property and find "Close date" and "Ticket owner"

In the Visualization tab, drag and drop "Close date", "Count of tickets" and "Ticket owner" into Displaying area and adjust the settings like shown below.

Hi Karsten,

Thanks for such a speedy and accurate solution. I changed it to a line graph for aesthetic purposes and removed the stacking to make that work.

I had one final question; these tickets are only closed on working days, mon-fri. Is it possible to omit the weekend from the graph? The closed ticket count goes to zero over sat and sun which makes the graph look a bit odd.

Thanks again!!

Hi, I had a related question on this - what would happen if a ticket was closed by a different user to the ticket owner. Is this tracked by HubSpot? I was thinking about creating a custom property 'closed by' and then assigning this via a workflow, but wasn't sure which logic to use. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
