      <title>Browser Crash when entering My Hubspot</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! I am on the free plan and have been using HubSpot for a long time, but since a few weeks ago, my browser started to crash on the account page.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am using Google Chrome on a Mac and every other website works perfectly fine, and I can also access the HubSpot website itself. However, as soon as i click the "Go to my account" button, the browser immediately closes and reopens with a crash report. This happens every time I access "my account". It doesn't matter if I get there using a URL or reopen from history, or with the button on the homepage. As soon as the URL of "my account" is accessed, the browser crashes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On Safari, this does not happen and I can access my hubspot as usual.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a known issue or does someone know a workaround?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This could be due to a cookies and cache issue. I recommend &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/clear-your-browser-cache" target="_blank"&gt;clearing them&lt;/A&gt; and following &lt;A href="https://www.connectpos.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-site-data-from-google-chrome/" target="_blank"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt; to clear the site data, which I'm sure will help clean up your browser and allow you to navigate without any problems.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has also been happening with our instance over the past week or so. I first noticed it when I attempted to alter the record view for the left menu on the Contact object. Any time I tried to add a property to the view that our team created, Chrome would crash, and I'd have to reload and start over. The only workaround I found there was first selecting a HubSpot property to add to the view, and THEN selecting the custom property.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just today, one of our sales reps had the issue happen anytime he tried to look at a contact's record. His Chrome browser is up to date, and I've asked him to keep me updated if the issue persists.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know who accepted this post as a solution, it wasn't me, but I would have done it now since clearing the browser cookies actually worked. My colleague's Chrome now works again with Hubspot.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you very much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
