      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chat is appearing on desktop but not mobile device. I saw a similar thread prior to posting but i'm not a very technical person so am not sure still on what I should do, to solve my issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;By default your chat should show on all devices. You can modify this in the "Target" settings on the chat page. Check to see if there is a setting on your chat that is set to not show on mobile. I've included an example screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This keeps coming up as a solution but the mobile chat box just does not work well. I simply cannot get it to show. Targets are fine, no CSS stopping it, it just will not show.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
