Install External Chat Bot (Cody AI) Into Hubspot Knowledge Base

I recently created a Technical Support chat bot through Cody AI that I want to implement into my Hubspot Knowledge Base. It gives amazing answers to all questions that we have tested on it so far.

I am on the Service Hub Pro plan. Is there a way to embed external code into my knowledge base so that my Cody chat bot will populate?

Great question, thank you for asking the Community!

I found for you this similar post "Embed code snippets in Knowledge Base articles" where @Snaedis mentions that you'll be able to embed any JavaScript embed code into a knowledge base article: maps, any video, audio... basically anything in an iframe. This might work for you.

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @alyssamwilie, @jonchim and @BarryGrennan have you already tested and added some external code into knowledge base articles? Do you have suggestions to help @BlaireThomas, please?

can't believe, that this is not possible 😕
We are in the same situation and want to embed another solution on HubSpot Knowledge Database. How to solve this? @karstenkoehler any suggestions?
