The captcha is an invisible recaptcha so does not generally require a checkbox unless it needs to challenge the visitor.&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>It looks like your checkboxes are not being displayed however, have you published the latest version of the form? If so, there's some customisation on the page hiding these checkboxes.
