Email Footer add in names

We are fairly new so using the free version at the moment

I have created a footer but i would like to add in the senders name, job title and email address

Is this possible and could you advise how please? I tried to add in some coding but that crashed lol!

Hi @USolutions

I find the easiest way to generate an email signature - for any email program - is to use HubSpot's free email signature generator

It has easy to follow instructions to create and aplly your signature.

Im using that tool and it is great but the alignment doesnt look correct if
you remove name and job title to create a 'shared team footer'. It would
be even better if you could add in a token for 'job title' for the team
email 🙂

I've recreated it now as a jpg and copied it

If you want to use an email signature in the inbox, you can add the agent's name dynamically.

If you want to use an email signature for one-to-one email conversations in contact/company/ticket view, you need to create an email signature for every team member separately like this.
