Weird behavior when submitting new Community Form responses

This happens

Note the error and success messages both appearing. Responses are still posted.

This typically happens when trying to save too many posts back-to-back, or when trying to save the same edited post too quickly back-to-back.

Should go away on it's own after ~5-10 mins.

Why would they limit the amount of edits?

Or of post creation, if the user is a paying user and had not triggered any spam filters?

Makes no sense..
