Trouble with Ticket Description Cutting Off During Export

I am in the process of exporting my ticket view records and the description column in the CSV export doesnt always fully populate. Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve?

I am guessing it is because of the carriage return in the description and it thinks the description is complete. Any ideas on how to fix for a multi ticket export?

Hi, @KHaworth ,

I just tested on my demo account and even if there is a ticket description with a carriage return, it still gets the full content of it.

Could you please, perhaps provide a screenshot of the export you're getting, so I can validate that I'm doing the same thing and see if I can replicate it, and thus fix?
