View automated marketing emails in the ticket

When a ticket is created, it triggers a workflow and sends a marketing email to the contact with the Ticket ID and a "we're on the case" message. Same thing when a ticket is closed. It triggers a workflow and sends them an email. However, these marketing emails do not show up in the ticket's activity stream. It only shows that the workflow was executed.

The sent email shows up in the contact's page, but is there a way to see the email sent in the ticket?

Hey @ecamu it looks like this isn't possible unfortunately, according to the knowledgebase marketing emails won't be associated between contacts and tickets, only 1:1 emails.
