    <description>&lt;P&gt;When a ticket is created, it triggers a workflow and sends a marketing email to the contact with the Ticket ID and a "we're on the case" message.&amp;nbsp; Same thing when a ticket is closed. It triggers a workflow and sends them an email.&amp;nbsp; However, these marketing emails do not show up in the ticket's activity stream.&amp;nbsp; It only shows that the workflow was executed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sent email shows up in the contact's page, but is there a way to see the email sent in the ticket?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/62102"&gt;@ecamu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it looks like this isn't possible unfortunately, according to the knowledgebase marketing emails won't be associated between contacts and tickets, only 1:1 emails.&lt;/P&gt;
