Report on Conversations Opened and Closed by Day

I would like to create a simple report that shows the number of email conversations Created and the number of email conversations Closed by day. The number Closed should be the total closed that day regardless of the day it was created. What is the best way to build this report?

Hi @NicholasCole , you can create a single object conversation report for that. It will looks like this right?

Hi @NicholasCole,

in HubSpot Custom report builder select Conversations as a source, and insert “Count of conversations” as a value in the KPI type chart.

Once done, to achieve the two results you requested, you will need to add these filters to your reports:

Hi Levi,

Is there a way that I can view Conversations Opened by Agent? Some conversations do not get a reply but I need to capture the outgoing messages.
