Hi @karstenkoehler,

Thanks for your reply.

Let's say I open a ticket in tab 1 (pipeline A) and I also open a ticket in tab 2 (pipeline B). If I then click on "< Tickets" or "Service > Tickets" to go back to the pipeline, eventually both tab 1 & 2 will be either both pipeline A or both pipeline B.

We work with 2 different pipelines, which both have their own tickets. What I would like to see is being able to work separately in pipeline A & B simultaneously. Without having to fully commit to either pipeline A or pipeline B.

I hope this makes the request more clear.

Kind regards.

Currently when having pipeline A open in tab 1, and pipeline B open in tab 2, the pipelines synchronize to A in both tab 1 & 2, when working in pipeline A latest. And vice versa.

Make it so that you can do work in pipeline A in tab 1, and continue your latest work in pipeline B in tab 2 without having to change tab 2 back again to pipeline B.

Hi @MAgterberg,

What exactly do you mean when you say it synchronizes from tab 1 to 2? What exactly are you trying to achieve by working in separate tabs?

The more context you share, the better community users like me will be able to help you.

Best regards

Hi @MAgterberg,

Understood, thank you for elaborating. Currently, I don't think it's possible to change any settings for that and it's unfortunately unlikely that the product team will address this. (Although you can always try through https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas.)

What I ususally do is open two tabs (in your case pipeline 1 and 2) and then work in new tabs when I open records (via right click > open in new tab).

Best regards!
