topic Edit Account Signature Font in Tickets & Conversations

Hello, I was able to update the font of the email body and the signature on a user level using the Preset settings. However, I can't find a way to edit the default font for the email body and signature when sending an email from the Conversation > Inbox view.

Two dilemmas:

1. Is there a way I can set Tahoma as the default font when sending emails from Conversation? I set Tahoma as the email font on Account Defaults > User Defaults but this only applies at the user level. Tahoma is available when sending out emails from the Conversations but I would have to manually change the font when sending out the email.

2. Is coding the only solution to update the font for the signature on the account level? I do need to change it to Tahoma similar to the font in the Preset settings.

Hi @TCastillo1, As much I have an experience with HubSpot functionality. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to edit the default font for the email body and signature when sending an email from the Conversation > Inbox view in HubSpot. You can only edit the font for the email body and signature when sending an email through the Preset settings.

1. And more about the first point, Unfortunately, there is no way to set Tahoma as the default font when sending emails from HubSpot's Conversations. This is because HubSpot does not provide a setting to change the font for each individual email sent from Conversations. The only way to change the font for emails sent from Conversations is to manually select the font for each email, as suggested above.

2. And about the second point. No, coding is not the only solution to update the font for the signature on the account level by Hubspot. You can also use the Design Manager to update the font for the signature. To do this, go to the Design Manager, click on the signature you want to edit, and then select the font you want to use (in this case, Tahoma).

Hope this is helpful! Cheers:)
