Go to Settings &amp;gt; Inbox. Pick the relavant inbox and then under channels select relevant channel. Click on the edit option and now you can disable it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;For Notifying thr entire team, you can have a simple workflow where with each new ticket the entire service team gets notified. Hope it helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be great if hubspot provided a feature that enabled and disabled automatic ticket assignment. In additon, receiving a notifcation when a new ticket as been created (and not only assigned to me as the agent).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
