Greetings everybody, I am currently trying to integrate WhatsApp Business into Hubspot. I was wondering wether I am still able to access the main features of WhatsApp Business (creating catalogue, quick reply) after integrating WhatsApp into Hubspot. I am using the Beta Version of Hubspots WhatsApp integration (no external App) ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-whatsapp-to-the-conversations-inbox ) . Would be very grateful for any advice.

Currently I am seeing the following limitations:

Keep in mind the following limitations when connecting and using the WhatsApp integration:

Each WhatsApp for Business Account can have up to 25 phone numbers associated with it.
Only new messages after you connect your WhatsApp Business Account will sync to HubSpot. Historical conversations will not be synced.
Once connected to HubSpot, messages will no longer appear in the WhatsApp mobile app or web app, and will only appear in the conversations inbox in your HubSpot account.

Do you want to continue seeing these features inside WhatsApp? I belive the integration won't remove these features once connected.

Hi Pam, I was wondering if you know a BSP that only provides the whatsapp number and the activation code to be able to add the number to my WhatsApp Business Account and then be able to use the Beta integration with Hubspot.

I have been looking with some option but any provides just the number and de code.

Hey,

we realized that we can't log into WhatsApp Business at all after connecting it.

Is there any way to change the profile picture? We could change the description through Meta, but no option for a profile picture.
