Limiting emails in 'Conversations'

I connected my email to the conversations section, but now unsurprisingly ALL my email is sent there. Should I disconnect it, and then set up some kind of forwarding system?

What are some best practices for keeping the conversations panel relevant?

Thank you for reaching out!

This is expected behaviour when you connect an inbox as a team email (conversations).

I want to share with you this article that explains the two different email connections you can have in HubSpot.

If you don't want all incoming emails to get into HubSpot I would recommend using a personal email connection and then use our extensions/add ins (HubSpot Sales) to log only the emails you're interested in into HubSpot.
