Need help changing connected pipeline to channel

Hello,

We are having an issue where somehow our primary support email was changed from pointing to our "Support" pipeline to our "Cancellations" pipeline. It would seem simple but I cannot find where I point our Office 365 email back to pointing at "Support" pipeline. Not sure how it got changed (would be great bonus if there was a log to show who made the change). Here's what I see now:

I want both Office 365 and Primary Support Form to be connected to the Support Pipeline.

Hi @DMiller95

Thank you for reaching out!

If you hover over the O365 inbox, you should be able to click edit. Then, under the Automation tab, click Edit ticket next to the Treat incoming conversations as support tickets setting. You can then use the dropdown menus to edit the properties.

Regarding the change, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to investigate further here.

You are amazing! That was the link I didn't see to "Edit Ticket"...not very intuitive haha. Thanks so much!
