It's likely that your permissions only allow you to see the objects that you own, and there is a workflow that is notifying a team that you are part of which is why you receive the email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solution: check your permissions and see if you are assigned owned only objects, then verify if the ticket is owned by another user in the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
