Customize from adress not working

Hi everyone, currently i am learning this platform but i have a problem and need a quick fix in order to use it.

Eventhough i changed from adress as customised from adress, still when i try it and mail to an adress. Sender is seen and ending with eu1.r.hubspot-inbox.com. But i changed to customised from adress and saved it. Also in that page there is a small preview section it is also seen as correct. But when i send an email for a test. It shows me .......eu1.r.hubspot-inbox.com.

I have to fix it quickly.
