Hi @KSaleh9,

Some of what you're looking to do should be possible with Sales Pro.

Assuming this is an external email to the lead who filled out the form? If this is the case you cannot do this with Sales Pro, this would require Marketing Pro.

If you were using a HubSpot Form (even on Marketing Free) you can send a basic email notification automatically from the form submission, but not when the form is external.

Possible on Sales Pro

Your enrollment criteria would take into consideration the source of the form and whether or not they have booked a meeting - if they have not, the workflow action would be to create the task and you could do the follow up email in the same workflow

See above

If you run into any issues with the original source from Zapier, my recommendation is to pass a hidden value through that sets a different property, identifying it as that lead source. You can then either add them to a list and use that as your enrollment criteria, OR you could use that new property as your enrollment criteria on the workflow.

I hope this points you in the right direction!

We are currently on Sales Hub Professional - not sure what I want to do is available within that subscription.

We use unbounce for a lead forms on the site. The data from unbounce is sent to hubspot via Zapier. So, when a contact fills out a form in unbounce, the contact is created in hubspot.

I am looking to do a couple of things but struggled to do them:

1. After a lead is created in HubSpot, an email should be sent out to the lead.

If the lead does not schedule a meeting via the hubpot link
2. A task is created in HubSpot to call the lead.
3. An email notification is sent out to the salesperson to make the call.
