Does anyoen have a workaround to allow clients to manually confirm their appointments? I know HubSpot sends out a "confirmation email," but that's more of a reminder for the client. I want a way to allow the client to say "yes, confirm my appointment" and for that to be noted in HubSpot and/or meeting ntoes.

Hi @ECoccimiglio,

Theoretically you could set up a contact-based workflow that sends an automated email, asking the contact to click a button to confirm which takes them to a generic thank you page. This would require a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription and is not possible in the free CRM.

However, I fairly certain most contacts would find this a bit redundant and you would likely face the situation that a lot of meetings aren't confirmed, despite the contact's willingness to participate. Most contacts are used to confirm the meeting by accepting the invite on their calendar / using the RSVP option in Google Calendar, Outlook etc. Have you considered looking at this for a confirmation / pending confirmation?

Best regards!

Unfortantley there was not a solid soltuion other than the Accepted Solution from 9/7/2023. I did not implement this though becuase I didn't want to send a client that many emails. We currently aren't doing any sort of confirmation option.
