Hey @DLoszewski , have you thought about using pipelines to guide a process in your company?

If you've ever used Trello to organize things in your life or work, then you know what I'm talking about.

Both Trello and HubSpot Pipelines are based on the Kanban concept, which has been used in factories for years to stay organized and track progress.

Give it a try by creating a pipeline for deals or tickets. If there's no monetary value associated with the process, tickets might be the right choice.

And if you're familiar with HubSpot, you can combine taks with pipeline stages and automation to guide people towards their goal.

So, think outside the box and experiment with pipelines, workflows, and tasks. You might be surprised at the results!

Alternative to Tasks?

Is there an alternative to tasks? I was originally wanting to have a checklist assigned to a sales person of things to complete once a workflow was activated but tasked looked to have been the only way to do that. Unfortunately, each checklist item would need it's own task and I've also noticed that some sales folks don't keep up with their tasks which can be problematic since when you start/complete a task, the next task it not necessarily the one you want them to see.

There's no direct "alternative" but it might be a thing where you have to evaluate the strategy you currently have for the sales processes.
It sounds like there might be a few different elements involved in this, but it's hard to say without having knowledge of your system.
What I would usually do however is have a deal for the "transaction" that's happening. IE let's say "onboard client" is one of them. This might have 6 initial tasks. Each of these could be setup through a workflow. What you could do then for the sub-tasks however, is delay the next task creation until a previous one has been completed.

You can add a delay to your workflow and set this to wait until an "event occurence" which you can base upon the previous task.
Something like this:

Again it's hard to give a thorough answers without having a more in-dept knowledge but this might help! If people aren't completing their tasks too, I don't know if changing to a different type of object will help this.
