How to update deal margin & margin % automatically from quotes

We have a requirement to report on deal margin & margin % as well as revenue, and would like these properties to be automatically updated from the most recent published quote.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi @GHuntley ,

Not being user about the use case but I would think you'll need to use calculated properties for this, under Deals. If its the case you can try to use a Deal based Workflow to copy data form the published quote (line items) into a Deal property and then use it for calculating these values. Would this make sense?

This can probably also be done with custom code, if you have developing resources and Ops Hub.
