View tasks assigned to others

Hi,

How are you not able to see all tasks assigned to others. You are able to see created "created by" in the tasks itself, but in the tasks overview, you are not able to filter on tasks assigned by user.

How is that not a feature yet??

This is already possible, see my screenshot. Selecting a user here returns tasks assigned by user.

Hi @karstenkoehler,

I am still not able to see who assigned which tasks. So for instance, I want to see all the tasks that i have assigned to others.

Can you help me here?

I have still not heard from you regarding my question.

Is there a way, where you are able to see all the tasks i have assigned to others?

Example: A sales manager assignes a couple of tasks to 10 different people. He now wants to see all the tasks he assigned to others, to follow-up on wheter they completed the task or not. He is in the current state not able to see the tasks he assigned to others. So the "assigned by" feature is not there?

Hi @HenrikAgergaard,

This is not possible at this stage. HubSpot does not differentiate on the side of the assigning person.

You could submit this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community as a request to the HubSpot product team.

I am wondering if this is possible yet, to filter by "assigner" as opposed to "assignee".

I took a look at the task filter options by searching for "assign" and these were the results: "Assigned To" and "Owner Assigned Date".

I would highly recommend you to please submit this product suggestion to the ideas forum.

Hi,

Also ran into this issue / question and found the following.

You are able to filter on 'created by'. Creating relevant views and addingt his property to the visible collumns should give you a sense of who assigned the task to you.
